Purpose
: Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Maidstone store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

You should have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, work well within a team, have the stamina for a fast-paced shop floor, and remain calm under pressure. Key responsibilities include:
- Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information about products.
- Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
- Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Replenishing stock continuously to ensure shelves are always full.
- Processing stock deliveries promptly.
- Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy to a high standard.
- Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
