We are looking to appoint a Visual Merchandiser to cover our stores in South London and the South Coast. You will join us on a full‑time, permanent basis and receive a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum + Company Car. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with natural creativity and visual flair to develop their career within visual merchandising.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure visual merchandising standards across our stores are of the highest quality and that product displays and points of sale are fully optimised to maximise sales. The stores you will support include: Croydon, Sutton, Epsom, Wandsworth, Bromley, Bexleyheath, Lakeside, Maidstone, Westwood Cross, Ashford, Crawley, Horsham, Brighton, Eastbourne, and Hastings.

Ideal candidate: You are a strong communicator, able to transfer visual merchandising knowledge and coach store teams on window dressing and in‑store display. This field‑based role covers about 15 stores over a two‑week rota. Applicants must hold a full driving licence; the role includes a company car and all travel expenses are paid.

Key activities:

  • Visit a designated portfolio of stores on a rota basis, ensuring all in‑store displays and window dressing are consistent with company standards.
  • Support the timely implementation of seasonal and interim changes to visual merchandising displays, point‑of‑sale material, and window displays.
  • Provide coaching to store managers and teams on visual merchandising standards.
  • Complete visit assessments, documentation, and reports.
  • Assist marketing and buying teams in preparing range presentations and supporting visual merchandising material for company meetings and annual conferences.
