Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant with Key Holder responsibilities to join the team in our Salisbury store. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.11 plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission. Key Activities
- Open & close the store as and when required.
- Be responsible for a set of store keys.
- Approach customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serve customers at the till – process sales transactions.
- Recommend and promote complementary products with each sale.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously replenish stock to ensure shelves are always full.
- Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Keep the shop floor clean & tidy to a high standard.
- Perform any additional ad hoc duties as and when required.
