Purpose
Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Westwood Cross store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission. Ideal Candidate
You have energy, drive and passion to work in a fast paced, customer facing retail environment. You will bring a positive attitude toward exceptional customer service, work well as part of a team, maintain stamina on a fast‑paced shop floor, and stay calm under pressure.
Key Activities
- Approach customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable product information.
- Serve customers at the till by processing sales transactions.
- Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.
- Continuously replenish stock to keep shelves full.
- Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensure the shop floor is always clean and tidy to a high standard.
- Perform additional ad‑hoc duties as required.
