Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant – with Key Holder responsibilities, to join the team in our Norwich store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.11 per hour plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission.
At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants / Key Holders play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

This is a part‑time, permanent position and you will be contracted to work 16 hours per week.
- Key Activities
- Open and close the store as and when required.
- Be responsible for a set of store keys.
- Approach customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serve customers at the till – processing sales transactions.
- Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously replenish stock to ensure shelves are always full.
- Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy to a high standard.
- Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties as and when required.
