Deichmann SE in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Cover Store Manager for a full-time, permanent position paying £31,500 per annum. You will cover multiple stores within a defined geographic area after training, including Newcastle, Killingworth, Gateshead, Sunderland, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough, and must be able to travel between them.
You will motivate and coach teams to deliver excellent customer service, manage rotas and stock, analyse sales data and drive improvements.
