Overview

Deichmann Shoes seeks a Cover Store Manager to support a cluster of stores in Bexleyheath and the surrounding area, including Bromley, Lewisham, Woolwich, Croydon and other nearby stores. The role involves travelling across the week to cover store operating needs.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Lead by example in promoting and upselling products.
  • Draft rotas in line with payroll budgets.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory.
  • Analyse sales figures and reports.
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administration.
  • Work to targets and meet company KPIs.
  • Aid in the recruitment and development of the team.

Qualifications
