Deichmann is extremely proud to announce that we are recruiting for a Store Manager for our store in Leicester. You will join us on a full‑time, permanent basis and in return will receive a guaranteed salary of £34,500 plus performance‑related bonuses.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager to join an international retail brand. The ideal candidate will show a superior level of performance within their own store, possess a blend of managerial and technical aptitudes to drive performance, and have previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail setting. They must be able to problem‑solve, think on their feet, be a people person, plan and coordinate resources, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Activities
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Lead by example in promoting and recommending complementary shoe‑care products, demonstrating confidence in selling and product knowledge to ensure the best level of customer service
- Plan, draft and manage rotas while working within budget
- Manage stock
- Analyse and interpret sales performance data and reports
- Recommend ways to improve sales performance based on quantitative and qualitative data and customer insights
- Implement and maintain company standards (merchandising, admin)
- Deliver all KPIs and meet all company standards
- Recruit and train the team
