Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Supervisor to join the team in our Braehead store. This is a part‑time, permanent position with a 30 hour contract. The role requires working immediately from the listed location.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Open and close the store, including cashing up and completion of associated administrative duties.
- Offer excellent levels of customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Recommend and promote complementary products with each sale.
- Assist management in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
- Support team members as required.
- Ensure the store is merchandised correctly and product displays are refreshed and inviting.
- Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints.
Key Personal Characteristics
- Able to take direction from management regarding additional tasks and duties.
- Previous supervisory experience including cashing up and banking.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, coach, and work with a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
