As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate. This is a commercially minded senior operator who can own client delivery, build stronger delivery governance and contribute to business development through both origination and structured sales intelligence, with a credible professional network.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead client engagements end-to-end: manage projects from scope and workplan through execution and final delivery.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams: coordinate priorities, timelines, team responsibilities and quality across concurrent engagements.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and client outputs: produce clear, commercially relevant recommendations, reports and presentations for senior clients.
  • Support business development: contribute to origination through relationships, outreach, market insight and client engagement.
  • Build sales and revenue intelligence: maintain visibility on pipeline, client priorities and commercial opportunities to support growth.
  • Strengthen delivery governance: bring more structure, oversight and consistency to how projects are planned, staffed and executed.
  • Support and develop junior team members: provide guidance and oversight in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years’ experience in management consultancy, investment banking, strategic advisory or a similarly high-performing environment.
  • Strong end-to-end delivery capability: able to lead complex projects from scoping through execution and final output.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills: able to bring structure, pace and accountability to client work.
  • Commercial judgement and business development ability: able to identify opportunities, support origination and contribute to revenue growth.
  • A strong professional network and relationship-building skills: with the credibility to generate commercial opportunities over time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: comfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Sharp analytical judgement: able to assess commercial and operational issues quickly and turn information into clear conclusions.
  • A self-starting, hands-on approach: able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Strong command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
