  • Track political and policy developments that affect your clients’ interests.
  • Attend relevant events (both online and in person) to strengthen your sector knowledge.

Client Engagement & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive excellent service.
  • Develop strong client relationships through regular calls, updates, and meetings.
  • Support analysts and senior colleagues with research projects and bespoke client requests.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with colleagues across the policy team to produce General Political Updates for all clients.
  • Support the Lead Analyst in maintaining consistent service levels across the team.
  • Keep PeoplePoint profiles updated and accurate.
  • Contribute to commercial outcomes by supporting client renewals and trial conversions.

Your Experience & Knowledge

  • A genuine interest in British politics, Parliament, and policy-making, especially in culture, media, and home affairs.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex issues clearly.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused manner.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject (or equivalent experience).
  • Desirable: experience in a political, public affairs, or research role.

Why Join Us?
