What your day to day will look like:
Serving as pivotal link between clients and candidates, facilitating successful employment matches
Create your own network of candidates through job adverts, job fairs and professional networking sites. Screening candidates to assess their suitability
Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, understanding their unique SEN staffing needs
Creating pipeline of cold and warm clients
Identify and attract top talent within the SEN sector, ensuring the right match for both candidates and schools
Supporting our clients by providing daily supply staff using the candidates you’ve recruited (temp desk)
Skills & Experience Sought:
Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role, with a track record of fostering client relationships and expanding client base
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A passion for the education sector, particularly SEN, with a commitment to making a positive impact
Sales experience, ideally B2B (6 months minimum)
