DegreeSix Recruitment are a specialist agency working with Residential Childrens Services (Aged 😎 with supporting those that have suffered childhood trauma, challenging behaviours, mental health and autism.

Are you looking for a flexible role where you can you pick up work with some of the best children’s providers within Leicestershire?

Duties and responsibilities of a Support Worker –

– Maintaining a safe, clean and positive living environment for the children

– Following correct safeguarding practices

– Participating in a variety of fun activities in and outside of the home

– Providing personal, domestic and emotional support

Ideally you’ll have the following:

– Minimum of 3 months UK based Social Care experience (Essential)

– Enhanced DBS registered on the Online update service (Preferred – small charge if you require a new certificate)

– Full Driving Licence (Preferred but not essential)

Most importantly you must be caring , hard working , honest and passionate about providing the best level of care and encouraging mental and physical development of young people.
