As a Support Worker, you’ll engage with young people in a nurturing and supportive manner to promote their overall well-being.

Work alongside other professionals to provide holistic care.

Maintain accurate records of progress and report any incidents.

Offer independent supervision and guidance, fostering trust and positive relationships.
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a caregiving role, especially with young people or those with disabilities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Full UK driving license.

Minimum of 3 months of experience supporting young people with disabilities.

Competitive pay (£11.44 to £11.54 per hour) with additional payments for sleep-ins, offering a full-time equivalent salary of £22,500-£24,500.
