As a Support Worker, you’ll engage with young people in a nurturing and supportive manner to promote their overall well-being.

  • Work alongside other professionals to provide holistic care.

  • Maintain accurate records of progress and report any incidents.

  • Offer independent supervision and guidance, fostering trust and positive relationships.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a caregiving role, especially with young people or those with disabilities.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Full UK driving license.

  • Minimum of 3 months of experience supporting young people with disabilities.

  • Competitive pay (£11.44 to £11.54 per hour) with additional payments for sleep-ins, offering a full-time equivalent salary of £22,500-£24,500.

Licence/Certification:
