What your day to day will look like:
- Serving as pivotal link between clients and candidates, facilitating successful employment matches
- Create your own network of candidates through job adverts, job fairs and professional networking sites. Screening candidates to assess their suitability
- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, understanding their unique SEN staffing needs
- Creating pipeline of cold and warm clients
- Utilise excellent communication skills to network, negotiate, and nurture professional relationships through business development calls
- Identify and attract top talent within the SEN sector, ensuring the right match for both candidates and schools
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing recruitment landscape.
- Supporting our clients by providing daily supply staff using the candidates you\’ve recruited (temp desk)
Skills & Experience Sought:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role, with a track record of fostering client relationships and expanding client base
- Preferably having experience in a 360 recruitment role, managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A passion for the education sector, particularly SEN, with a commitment to making a positive impact
- A collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
- A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Sales experience, ideally B2B (6 months minimum)
