Our client is a well-respected manufacturer of UPVC Building Plastics for the construction industry. They offer excellent quality and well-priced products including soffits, fascias, guttering, drainage systems and associated roofline products. Following their growth strategy, they are looking to add someone new to their existing team.

Basic Salary £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus OTE £40 - 45k+, plus 26 Days Holiday Entitlement, Company Car, Mobile and Laptop.

Area Sales Manager in UPVC Building plastics, Roofline products and Above Ground Drainage systems, required for a great opportunity to join a growing business, working with one of the leading names in the UPVC Building Plastics sector.

Our client has excellent opportunities for individuals with direct experience in UPVC Building plastics, Roofline products and Above Ground Drainage systems industry. With exceptional skills in sales, business development, negotiation and relationship building, your task will be to proactively generate business via Architects, Specifiers, Builders Merchants and New Build Contractors.

You will be responsible for your region and the growth of your portfolio of clients. Dealing directly with Specifiers and Architects, you will have the ability to confidently promote and sell UPVC Building plastics and associated Roofline Products to the UK Construction market. Carrying out sales calls, attending exhibitions and carrying out CPDs, your task will be to promote the company’s product range to end-users and back-sell through distribution channels and builders merchants.

For your efforts, you will be rewarded with autonomy, an excellent basic salary, bonus scheme and a supportive, professional working environment.

To enable you to be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of selling construction related products via specification.
