Salary: £24,420 - 30,000 per year
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in both technical and non‑technical terms.
- Passion for technology and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced organisation.
- Office 365 experience, including Active Directory/Entra.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking.
- Desirable: experience with VPN, VLANs, LACP, and firewall management.
- Desirable: experience with Unifi network hardware.
- Desirable: experience with Proxmox.
- Desirable: experience with Apple Business Manager.
- Desirable: experience with Rustdesk.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of support requests, issues, incidents, and defects across shared company applications.
- Provide excellent problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure transparent communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Support technical enquiries across the business.
- Advise colleagues on issues and carry out root cause analysis.
- Make data‑led decisions and improve efficiency on an ongoing basis.
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of our platform knowledge base by documenting clear instructions and known fixes.
