Defour Partnership is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking social care provider in the recruitment of a passionate and experienced Service Leader to lead newly mobilised supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of core and cluster services from initial mobilisation through to full operational delivery, with a focus on quality, compliance and person-centred support.
