The Role
As Payroll Officer, you will:
- Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for approx. 1,100 employees
- Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and employment legislation
- Maintain accurate payroll systems and employee records
- Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare payroll reports and liaise with finance and HR to ensure accuracy
- Manage leave, deductions, and terminations effectively
