This is an exciting opportunity for a values-led and experienced leader to make a real impact in the lives of others by managing a person-centered, community-focused service.
The Role
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding person-centered support.
- Take responsibility as the Registered Manager for compliance and quality standards.
- Promote independence, dignity, and meaningful community connections.
- Oversee and implement care plans for individuals with complex needs.
- Drive performance, wellbeing and a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
- Experienced in Health and Social Care leadership, ideally in Extra Care or Supported Living.
- Confident in supporting people with a range of needs, including behaviours requiring intensive support planning.
- Holds a relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care, Social Work, Nursing).
- Strong values-based leadership approach with excellent communication and team management skills.
- IT-literate and able to work effectively with internal systems (training provided if needed).
