The role of the Client Solutions Manager is to generate new customer relationships, increase spend and service lines with existing customers. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for representing BioTalent at industry events, developing new products, maintaining our industry leading NPS score, increasing our spend per account and total account base within your region.
Responsibilities- Strategy
- Drive BioTalent growth in the EU, specifically Germany.
- Develop client acquisition and growth strategies targeting enterprise accounts (min revenue ÂŁ700k/year).
- Position BioTalent as a leading human capital solutions provider.
- Support BioTalent Communities (Race in STEM & HealthTechQuity) in the region.
- Develop and market CâSuite events.
- Utilize research tools to report market trends.
- New Business Development
- Identify business opportunities across Europe with a focus on Germany/Switzerland.
- Support sales team with RFI/RFPs.
- Negotiate and agree on new business terms.
- Attend conferences and represent BioTalent.
- Attend key client meetings and pitches.
- Product and Solutions
- Position BioTalent as a solutions provider to increase revenue.
- Develop product offerings to stay competitive.
- Participate in events, podcasts, and offline communities.
- Work with marketing on lead generation and postâevent followâup.
- NFI & Account Expansion
- Identify highâgrowth potential clients and develop strategies to expand.
- Expand relationships from Europe and the US into the DACH region.
- Increase revenue by opening new verticals and product offerings.
- Promote NPS scores and enhance customer experience.
- Work with leadership on resource allocation and service agreements.
- Support clients' diversity goals through BioTalent's communities.
- Compliance
- Update on legislative changes and represent BioTalent at Swiss Staffing.
- Annual placement reporting.
- Achieve NFI & Operating Profit targets in EU.
- Personal NFI contribution of ÂŁ1m from new and existing accounts.
- 50% NFI from temp, freelance, or RPO.
- Achieve Client Universe goals.
- Spend per account to exceed ÂŁ100k NFI per year.
- Grow client universe by 2 enterprise accounts annually.
- Expand overall client universe by 10% per year.
- Retain 20% of Perm NFI.
- Sell at least one RPO annually.
- Deliver worldâclass customer service with a minimum NPS of 60.
