Role

Andy Young, Director of A&F London, is looking for an experienced leader to join his team. You will support Andy and his leadership team with their continued success and growth plans!

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor and develop an exceptional team of experienced recruiters, whilst growing organically amongst the team and revenue.
  • Service current clients whilst identifying new business opportunities.
  • Full P&L responsibility.
  • Partner with internal AD forum.
