Who is Definia? At Definia, part of The IN Group, we do things differently. We take the time to understand client’s challenges, ambitions and people then work alongside them to deliver transformation that’s practical, sustainable and built to last. Our work spans strategy, operating model design, programme delivery and embedded capability, grounded in delivery reality, accountable for outcomes, and focused on what actually lands.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining strong delivery leadership with advisory capability. Joining the brand now gives the right person the opportunity to propel their career, take ownership and make an impact with no red tape. You’ll own the day-to-day delivery of defined engagements, from mobilisation through to completion, setting up the right governance, delivery rhythm and controls to ensure quality outcomes. You’ll manage senior stakeholders internally and externally, maintain engagement health and commercial control, coordinate and oversee associate capability and challenge constructively where delivery quality, scope or outcomes are at risk. You’ll adapt your approach across advisory, managed service and capability-led engagements, bringing structure, judgement and confidence to complex change.
Who we’re looking for:
- You’re an experienced delivery professional who brings structure without rigidity and confidence without ego.
- Strong experience across the full delivery lifecycle, including mobilisation and governance.
- Proven client and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Experience deploying and managing associate or contractor capability.
- Commercial awareness around scope, margin and change control.
- The confidence to challenge constructively to protect delivery quality and maintain SLAs.
- Curiosity around better ways of working, delivery tools and emerging tech.
- A self-starter - you see identify an opportunity and act.
