This is a temporary full-time contract role with an expected start date in early February and a duration of 2 to 3 months.

We are looking for a Copywriter to join our fast-growing LegalTech startup - someone who can craft clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across every brand touchpoint. You will act as the voice of our brand, shaping how we communicate with customers, partners, and the wider industry. You will be working across campaigns, marketing assets, website, social media, and product communications, ensuring every piece of content captures our purpose and personality as we scale. Working closely with the design, marketing, and product teams, you will help define our tone of voice and ensure it stays strong, strategic, and distinctive.

Key responsibilities:

  • Write and refine copy across key brand touchpoints - from campaigns, marketing assets, and web content to merchandise, video, and event materials.
  • Oversee and approve all written outputs to ensure they are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain our brand tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to create content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming, concepting, and ideation for new initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support the development of copy systems and processes to scale our messaging effectively as we grow.

Role requirements:

  • Proven experience writing for tech, SaaS, or LegalTech, ideally within a creative or agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, from conceptual, big-idea campaigns to everyday content such as landing pages, emails, and paid ads.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for tone, rhythm, and clarity.
  • A deep understanding of brand voice and how it can flex across audiences and formats.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills - comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking ability with great attention to detail and calmness under pressure.
