We are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Marketing Manager to join Definely at an exciting stage of growth. This newly created role offers an opportunity to define how product marketing works at Definely as we scale in the US and internationally. As our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your role is to deeply understand our users, uncover what truly differentiates Definely, and connect the two through compelling positioning, messaging, campaigns, and launches that drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue. You will own product marketing end to end, from insight and strategy through to execution and measurement. This is a hands‑on, senior individual‑contributor role with significant influence across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead product launches with full go‑to‑market plans, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy, sales enablement, and measurement.
- Build and own Definely’s messaging and positioning framework as we evolve from a law‑firm‑focused product to one serving both law firms and corporate legal teams.
- Develop differentiated positioning for the US market while supporting international growth.
- Partner closely with Product to identify what truly differentiates Definely and influence roadmap priorities through market and customer insight.
- Run customer research, win and loss analysis, and market studies to continuously sharpen our understanding of users and buyers.
- Create sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and battle cards that support complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Build campaigns in collaboration with our brand, growth, and creative teams that bring product value clearly to life.
- Own product marketing metrics, including launch impact, message effectiveness, and sales adoption.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally working with complex, technical, or enterprise products.
- Deep curiosity about users and a genuine interest in understanding how professionals work, what slows them down, and what real value looks like in practice.
- A strong point of view on positioning, with the ability to find the truth in a product and articulate it clearly and persuasively.
- Experience supporting B2B or professional buyers and navigating longer, more complex sales cycles.
- A structured, systematic approach, bringing clarity and frameworks to ambiguous problems.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
- Familiarity with the US market, either through direct experience or a strong understanding of US buyers and go‑to‑market dynamics.
We’ll be lucky if you have:
- Experience in legal tech, professional services, or vertical SaaS.
- Background in strategy, planning, or brand, whether agency side or in house.
- Experience launching products into new markets or new customer segments.
What we can offer you:
- Competitive OTE
- Share options
- Quarterly team socials & annual company offsite
- Hybrid working with three days a week in the office for collaboration, with flexibility to support individual circumstances including working parents
- 1 month “work from anywhere”
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Take your birthday off
- £750 annual learning & development budget
- Private healthcare (incl. dental & optical)
- Enhanced parental leave
- Additional perks: Cycle to Work, Workplace Nursery salary sacrifice scheme, and top-quality equipment
