This is an opportunity for a driven Programme Manager to take on a new, exciting career challenge. You’ll have the chance to build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders of varying seniority. You’ll be joining the experience Design Operations team supporting the orchestration and optimisation of people, processes, and craft that supports the efficient and effective delivery of design, amplifying design’s value and impact at scale. We’ll look to you to support the programme and portfolio leads with the definition and leadership of strategic change programmes, taking accountability for programme and project lifecycle.

You’ll develop the programme in partnership with stakeholders, defining appropriate objectives, structure, and scope, utilising design ops practices of how we work together, how we get work done, and how our work creates impact.

You’ll also:

  • Identify and manage the governance and controls appropriate to the complexities of the programme and ensure that all of the programme deliverables adhere to the agreed governance and risk frameworks.
  • Make sure that delivery of the project outcomes and services from the projects meet programme strategic objectives.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a positive working relationship with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decision making in line with business objectives.
  • Own, define, and manage programme plans, controls, resource plans, and status or progress reporting on plans and controls.
