About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver seasonal, creative menus and support a passionate team in both restaurant service and occasional outside catering. This is a hands-on role where your voice, ideas, and leadership will be valued every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in menu development, kitchen leadership, and training
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations including stock control and food costs
- Lead by example with excellent hygiene, safety, and kitchen culture
- Contribute to occasional off-site catering events (within contracted hours)
