About the Opportunity
Join a team that is driving the evolution of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology within a complex enterprise environment. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering new capabilities and enhancements on the Archer platform, helping to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business needs.
Working closely with product, architecture and security teams in an Agile environment, you will provide technical leadership across the platform, shaping solution design, developing integrations and implementing automation that delivers measurable business value.
The Role
As the technical authority and Subject Matter Expert for the Archer platform, you will provide end-to-end leadership across solution design, delivery and technical governance. You will ensure the platform remains robust, scalable and aligned to both business and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority for the Archer platform, providing guidance on architecture, integrations and solution design
- Develop and maintain integrations using JavaScript and other scripting approaches, ensuring reliability, security and scalability
- Design and implement automation within the Archer platform to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Provide technical governance including code reviews, standards definition, documentation and best-practice enforcement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimisation opportunities, improving platform stability and contributing to the GRC technology roadmap
- Lead technical decision-making to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and strategic objectives

Essential
- Extensive, demonstrable experience working with the Archer platform in a technical, engineering or product delivery capacity
- Proven experience delivering technology solutions within an Agile environment
- Strong JavaScript development experience in production environments, including integrations, workflows and automation
- Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs and enterprise systems
- Experience producing technical designs and providing technical governance
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
