Our client, a leader in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking Civil / Structural Engineers to join their team. This contract position spans 12 months with a hybrid working model that includes remote work and occasional site visits. The role involves working with a UK team of 140 professionals addressing complex and technically demanding structural engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inter-discipline project planning, delivery, and financial performance
  • Ensuring technical quality and excellence of project deliverables
  • Providing guidance, support, and development to junior engineers and technicians
  • Adherence to business and quality management systems
  • Fostering a culture of operational and design safety

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance, and being a UK national
  • Technical design expertise using British and international standards, and/or Eurocodes
  • Proven project management skills, including budget, programme, and resource management
  • Accredited MEng degree in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Chartered status in Civil or Structural Engineering
