What You'll Be Doing Manufacturing and installing ventilation systems, HVAC components, and internal fittings Working from engineering drawings Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and fitting sheet metal components Using a range of hand and power tools Producing high-quality work to exacting standards Troubleshooting issues on the job and ensuring installations are completed safely and correctly What We're Looking For ? Modern Apprenticeship / Trade Papers (required for submissions) ? SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (required for submissions) ? Experience within Marine, Manufacturing, Construction, Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering environments ? Ability to interpret engineering drawings ? Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship ? Commitment to safe working practices and quality standards Shift Patterns Available ?? Days: Mon-Thu, 07:00-16:30 ?? Nights: Mon-Thu, 20:30-06:00 ?? Weekends: Fri-Sun, 07:00-19:30 Working in teams of 6-12, you'll support upgrades, refurbishments, and new installations on complex engineering projects, delivering high-quality HVAC and sheet metal work.
