Our client, a leader in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking Civil / Structural Engineers to join their team. This contract position spans 12 months with a hybrid working model that includes remote work and occasional site visits. The role involves working with a UK team of 140 professionals addressing complex and technically demanding structural engineering problems.Key Responsibilities:Inter-discipline project planning, delivery, and financial performanceEnsuring technical quality and excellence of project deliverablesProviding guidance, support, and development to junior engineers and techniciansAdherence to business and quality management systemsFostering a culture of operational and design safetyJob Requirements:Ability to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance, and being a UK nationalTechnical design expertise using British and international standards, and/or EurocodesProven project management skills, including budget, programme, and resource managementAccredited MEng degree in Civil Engineering or similar Chartered status in Civil or Structural EngineeringOur Culture:Our values are built on a foundation of safety, integrity, and respect for every individual.
