The Opportunity
I'm seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Quality Assurance Systems Specialist to join our clients growing team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the integration of software tools and data analytics into our quality assurance processes, driving real operational improvement.
You will play a central role in improving product quality by implementing innovative software solutions, supporting SAP systems, and collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Role Purpose
- SAP and Software Systems: Lead the integration and optimisation of SAP Quality Management (QM) systems, supporting system changes, user testing, and digital tool enhancements.
- Data Analytics & Innovation: Leverage business intelligence and analytics tools to solve complex quality issues and enable predictive/preventive actions.
- Training & Development: Create and deliver training materials to upskill teams in using SAP and quality systems, supporting a culture of continuous learning.
- User Support & System Management: Provide user support, manage incidents and system updates to ensure stable operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement quality best practices across the product lifecycle to enhance reliability and minimise non-conformances.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to users on quality systems, SAP QM, and analytics tools.
- Maintain system integrity through user account management and periodic reviews.
- Design, test, and deploy tools and dashboards to enhance quality intelligence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage software updates and communicate changes effectively.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives using data insights to drive corrective actions.
- Configure SAP/QM modules and assist in the transition to SAP HANA, ensuring seamless integration.
- Support process standardisation across international teams and contribute to a cohesive QA strategy.
- Explore the use of AI and advanced analytics in developing next-generation quality solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in product quality management or related operational roles.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP QM and SAP HANA is desirable.
- Highly self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience in training delivery and user support is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analytics methodologies is advantageous.
