Our client, a leader in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking Civil / Structural Engineers to join their team. This contract position spans 12 months with a hybrid working model that includes remote work and occasional site visits. The role involves working with a UK team of 140 professionals addressing complex and technically demanding structural engineering problems.
- Inter-discipline project planning, delivery, and financial performance
- Ensuring technical quality and excellence of project deliverables
- Providing guidance, support, and development to junior engineers and technicians
- Adherence to business and quality management systems
- Fostering a culture of operational and design safety
Job Requirements:
- Ability to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance, and being a UK national
- Technical design expertise using British and international standards, and/or Eurocodes
- Proven project management skills, including budget, programme, and resource management
- Accredited MEng degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Chartered status in Civil or Structural Engineering
