Principal Integration & System Validation Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering complex, high-performance technology programmes.
You'll play a key role in planning, executing and supporting integration, verification and validation activities, ensuring systems perform as intended within larger operational environments.
The Opportunity
This is a varied, hands-on role involving a mix of system integration, functional testing, equipment qualification, acceptance activities, problem investigation and technical analysis.
You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers and stakeholders to deliver successful test and validation programmes both in laboratory and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute system integration and validation activities.
Support verification, qualification and acceptance testing.
Analyse system performance and investigate technical issues.
Produce test reports and present results to stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering teams to resolve design and integration challenges.
Support trials and demonstrations in both laboratory and operational environments.
Contribute to risk assessment, configuration management and test readiness activities.
About You
Experience in systems integration, verification, validation or acceptance testing.
Background within complex engineering, aerospace, defence, transport, automation or highly regulated industries.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience planning and conducting test activities.
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Willingness to travel when required.
