Our client, a notable entity within the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking an EA/PA on a contract basis to support their Managing Director during the recruitment for a permanent role. This position is essential in assisting with senior-level administrative tasks, ensuring that critical activities are managed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Managing Director's diary and scheduling appointments
  • Organising and booking travel arrangements
  • Collating and preparing information for board meetings
  • Providing proactive administrative support
  • Communicating effectively to track the Director within the dockyard environment

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in administration, particularly at the senior leadership level
  • Proactive and assertive with excellent organisational skills
  • Previous exposure to manufacturing or heavy industry preferred
  • Ability to work condensed hours with flexible start and finish times between 7.30-8.30
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC); initial BPSS to start
