• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve ERP functionality and adapt business protocols to user needs.
• Act as the bridge between functional users and technical teams, ensuring seamless ERP system configuration and updates.
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation to resolve queries and enhance understanding of system functionalities.
• Use data modeling practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Manage ERP maintenance and automate daily processes for maximum efficiency.
• Develop SQL reports to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
• Train and support users to ensure system integrity and optimal use.
