This role will contribute to their mission of protecting the UK by scoping, designing and delivering mission-critical solutions. As a Technical Consultant at a Senior Manager grade, you will work closely with public sector clients and project teams to solve challenging and interesting problems. Key Responsibilities: Lead client engagements, presenting recommendations based on data, observations, and facts Assess client’s technical needs and understand how their needs differ from desires Support the development and introduction of new services and technologies for existing and new clients Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions for complex client challenges, producing high quality work to agreed timelines Configure, deploy and test systems and solutions in an agile, hands-on, and practical manner Build and maintain strong relations with clients and key stakeholders Analyse, manage, mitigate and treat risks to reduce impact on a project Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation Provide expert input to bids and proposals, scoping future work and helping to grow the business Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues and clients, sharing knowledge and experience Job Requirements: eDV Cleared Degree educated, or significant relevant experience Experience in a Consultancy, Systems Integrator or similar organisation dedicated to delivering solutions to complex technical challenges Experience leading client delivery across a range of projects, including data intelligence, technology or security domains Excellent communication and technical leadership skills, including an ability to persuade and motivate others Passionate about technology and problem solving Benefits: Opportunity to work on mission-critical projects that impact national security Dynamic, agile and responsive work environment Growth and development opportunities within a fast-growing organisation Respectful, collaborative, and innovative culture Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from London/Cheltenham office or client sites If you are an experienced Technical Consultant looking to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.
