The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Agile Practitioner to help drive Agile transformation across multiple teams within a complex, fast-paced engineering environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to coach, mentor, and facilitate teams on their Agile journey while supporting the delivery of high-value outcomes.

As a Scrum Master and Agile coach, you will play a pivotal role in enabling teams to adopt Agile ways of working, improve delivery performance, and continuously evolve their practices.

Working closely with teams, stakeholders, and the wider Agile community, you will help remove impediments, optimise value delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and support teams in Agile principles and practices.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote effective team collaboration.

Help teams identify and remove blockers to delivery.

Support the implementation of effective delivery and continuous improvement practices.

Collaborate with programme stakeholders and other Agile practitioners to maximise value delivery.

Adapt Agile frameworks pragmatically to suit a complex operating environment.

Promote Agile thinking and mindset across teams and stakeholders.

About You

Experienced in coaching and facilitating teams.

Skilled at problem-solving and overcoming delivery challenges.

Interested in developing their Agile expertise and supporting organisational transformation.
