Portfolio Management (70%) Support the B2 Lead by supporting priorities across the portfolio of work, initially supporting the EVCI project. Support with management of a matrix project team from across Defence Demonstrate flexibility across projects to support when needed. Lead on reporting and communications in areas of Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) Ensure all tracking and supporting processes are in place and documented covering all aspects of Business-as-Usual activities. Produce project artefacts relating to the projects milestones, delivery tracking, schedules, Project/Programme on a Page, RAID Logs etc. Translate requirements into Business outputs. Support the B2 in the identification and logging of risks and/or issues associated with the relevant project. Adapt to changing priorities and tasks. Support Line Manager in delivering departmental goals. Provide support to Adhoc tasks. Organise time/workload to achieve outcomes required. Provide support on continuous improvement and learning from experience activities. Communication Stakeholder engagement (30%) Engage with stakeholders to understand problems, bring insight, and agree appropriate methods to bring resolution. Identify, classify, and update stakeholder engagement plans. Prepare supporting slide packs, papers, or other, to inform stakeholders of progress, challenges/blockers, time schedules, milestones on behalf of the B2 Lead Demonstrate business acumen and demonstrate success in contributing to business results. Strong collaboration and communication skills and experience working with key stakeholders to progress work without formal leadership authority.
