DefectDojo is the leading open-source vulnerability management and DevSecOps platform, trusted by security teams worldwide. We are growing fast, and we are hiring our next Enterprise Account Executive to drive that growth globally.

You will own the full sales cycle: finding new opportunities, building relationships with security and engineering leaders, and closing deals. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CISOs, AppSec leads, and DevSecOps teams you work with, helping them solve real problems with a platform they already respect.

  • Identify and open new business across enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with security, DevOps, and engineering buyers, including CISOs, AppSec leads, and DevSecOps teams
  • Develop territory and account strategies that consistently beat target
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to keep customers happy and growing
  • Experience selling AppSec, ASPM, or vulnerability management solutions
  • Experience selling into security, DevOps, or engineering buyers (CISOs, AppSec leads, DevSecOps teams)
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building lasting client relationships
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own time in a remote role
