I’m working with a well-established Chartered Surveying practice who are looking to hire a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director – Valuation (MRICS) to work directly alongside the MD. This role would suit a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director in valuation who is ready to step up into a more influential position within a growing business.
The role – Senior Surveyor / Associate Director (Valuation):
- Work directly with the MD as a key part of the business
- Carry out and oversee commercial and residential valuations
- Deliver loan security valuations in line with Red Book standards
- Work across development, BTL and HMO valuations
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders and introducers
- Support and mentor junior surveyors
This is a hands-on valuation role. You will still be carrying out valuation work day-to-day.
What I’m looking for:
- MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer essential)
- Strong experience as a valuation surveyor
- Background in commercial valuation / loan security valuation
