We are looking for a Relationship Director to join a successful BRIDGING FINANCE lender in the South of England! Are you based in or around BRIGHTON, PORTSMOUTH OR THE SOUTH COAST? Do you have a background in BRIDGING FINANCE, within a FIELD BASED CAPACITY with an EXISTING CONTACT BOOK? Do you understand HOW TO PULL A BRIDGING DEAL TOGETHER, including writing Credit Papers, attending Site Visits, and managing deals through to Completion?
