We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a successful BRIDGING FINANCE lender with MULTIPLE OFFICE LOCATIONS AVAILABLE! Are you based in or around BRISTOL, MANCHESTER, OR CENTRAL LONDON? Do you have a background in BRIDGING FINANCE? Maybe you are a Broker, a Telephone Business Development Manager, or even a Field based Business Development Manager who has had enough of the travel? Are you looking for a workplace who VALUES THEIR STAFF, with a COMMON SENSE APPROACH TO LENDING and a MARKET LEADING PROPOSITION? If this sounds like you, then keep reading! The role will entail: Maintaining regular contact with existing Intermediary introducers, as well as building your own panel of Brokers Becoming a ‘BrandAmbassador’ for the business, with an input to the business Marketing, Website, and Industry events Managing the Web enquiries and ensuring they are answered as quickly as possible Inbound and outbound calling to Introducers and Customers Assisting with cases in Pipeline to ensure they get over the finish line smoothly Updating contacts on Criteria and sense checking cases to make sure they are viable What do we need from our next Business Development Manager?
