We are thrilled to announce a major contract win with Southern Water! We are recruiting for an Operations Manager On Call to cover the Sussex depot.

Strong leadership is at our heart, supporting our people to ensure they are engaged with purpose, rewarded, and recognized while delivering operational excellence. An Operations Manager is a key part of the management team and oversees high-level HR duties, liaising with the Recruitment Department to manage depot requirements and setting training standards. They also analyze and improve organizational processes and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

• Hours – 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday
