KEY OBJECTIVE To coordinate and monitor the end-to-end flow of project equipment and materials from manufacture through to final delivery, ensuring project schedules, customer requirements, and delivery milestones are achieved. The role is responsible for tracking manufacturing progress, coordinating logistics activities, monitoring shipment and customs processes, and maintaining visibility of equipment as it moves to customer sites. The position supports successful project delivery by providing accurate information, proactive communication, and effective coordination across all parties involved in the supply chain and delivery process.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple projects.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to manufacturing status, shipment tracking, and delivery activities.
  • Track manufacturing progress, project actions, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Monitor the progress of equipment through manufacture, shipment, customs clearance and final delivery.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities, ensuring documentation aligns with internal standards and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, current, and effectively communicated.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accessible, and compliant.
  • Escalate potential delays or issues that may impact project schedules or delivery requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project support processes and documentation practices.
