Overview: Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our expanding team supporting developments in Aberdeen City/ Aberdeenshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the entire home-buying process, ensuring a high-quality customer journey from initial enquiry to post-handover support.
Role:
- Welcome and assist all visitors, answer telephone and email enquiries promptly, and provide information on all current developments.
- Follow up all enquiries within agreed timescales to optimise sales opportunities.
- Qualify all leads and refer to specialist Mortgage Advisor.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers throughout their buying journey.
- Provide clear information about key milestones, estimated entry dates, and post-completion procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate customer database with all relevant contact and transactional information.
- Conduct pre-contract meetings, colour choices appointments, and new home demonstrations.
- Manage a smooth and professional handover process in line with company procedures.
- Liaise regularly with the site team to understand build progress, handover dates, and stock availability.
- Ensure all show homes and stock plots are presented to a high standard.
- Support the marketing team with feedback and ideas for local promotions and events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, the Consumer Code, NHQB, and other regulatory frameworks.
