Overview: Bancon Homes and Bancon Construction are seeking a proactive Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team.

What you’ll do:

  • Process purchase invoices, GRNs and delivery tickets
  • Code invoices accurately and ensure compliance with VAT and company policies
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries professionally
  • Set up new suppliers and support internal payment processing
  • Assist with plant invoicing and purchase orders
  • Support payment runs and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate records and manage shared finance inboxes
  • Support month-end reconciliations and general finance admin
