Deeside Care Home is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centered activities programme for residents across Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care.
You will plan and lead both group and one-to-one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs, including those living with dementia.
You will build relationships and maintain records to ensure ongoing evaluation and improvement.
