You'll join a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple prestigious clients. This isn't a role where you'll simply follow someone else's process; you'll be trusted to challenge it, improve it and drive change as standard.
Location: Salisbury this role requires you on-site 5 days a week
Salary: £36,000 plus a strong training & benefits package
Contract: Full time, permanent
Please note: due to the nature of the work, applicants must be sole British passport holders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing software to the client through an organised, controlled and fully monitored packaging process
- Carrying out quality assurance testing and assisting with UAT fault resolution
- Documenting each application clearly - what it's expected to do and how that was achieved
- Building strong relationships with the client, third parties and vendors
- Identifying automation and efficiency opportunities, plus hands-on problem solving and solutioning
