We're seeking a Senior M365 Engineer with proven Copilot delivery experience to lead implementation, governance, and adoption within a highly regulated financial services environment. This position requires hands-on Copilot rollout experience, with specific expertise in taking Copilot from pilot to production while managing the full end-to-end lifecycle.
Key deliverables:
- Copilot technical configuration, data labelling, access controls, and desktop integration (Windows 11, Outlook clients)
- Governance frameworks: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention policies, Microsoft auto-enabled feature management
- 3rd/4th line escalation ownership for business-critical M365 incidents
- Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune engineering (20-30% of role)
Essential experience:
- Hands-on Microsoft Copilot implementation in large enterprises (pilot – rollout – adoption)
- End-to-end Copilot delivery: backend configuration + governance + client-side integration
